Legalization: Yes we can

In this video we feel the injustice of many good American citizens that lost their job for smoking marijuana innocently. We can see that they are good citizens and not gangster as many people would think by the fact that they are willing to pay taxes on it and help to rebuild a strong state economy. The fact that people from all ages, all social classes are affected by this injustice makes this video more credible. It illustrates perfectly how most people that do not smoke consider all smokers to be criminals but as we seen in this video smokers are normal people and they don't deserve to be punished for their actions.

From prohibition to legalization

From my personal experience, i have seen that it is almost impossible to prevent someone from doing something that feels right. This why I think prohibition is not the solution to any problem, especially to drug use. A real life example of this, is the fact that France is the number one marijuana smokers in Europe yet it is one of the country where the drug laws are the most strict. On the other hand we have the Netherlands that opted for depenalizing marijuana and sell it legally in small quantities that actually have less marijuana smokers than in France. This is why their should be a change of tactics for the war against drugs. The Danger of drugs is not the drug itself but it's fear.
